  The medium-bodied 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon has a round body that combines flavors of rich dark fruit character supported by spice, mocha and vanilla oak.  

  The 2008 Chardonnay expresses flavors of crisp Fiji apple and pear with sweet aromatics and hints of brown spice and toasty oak.  This is a juicy chardonnay that is just as nice to drink alone as it’s to pair with your favorite foods.
